“Control is part of my Disconnect series. It’s a collection of paintings, which offers moments to reflect on our current lifestyle, and the ever persistent changes technology imposes on our living routines. I use headphones as technology devises which symbolize our communication with each other. The lines and cables represent the invisible connection wireless communication camouflages. This painting is an example to show that we have been controlled by the electronic age. It’s confused and lost sometimes.” Hsin-Yao Tseng
