“While on a painting trip in the Canadian Rockies, I stopped to do a plein air painting of Bow Lake, very near the headwaters of Bow River in Western Alberta. Bow Glacier set above iridescent turquoise water in the lake which is caused by the meltwater of the Glacier. On this lovely day I painted not far from the historical Simpson’s Num-Ti-Jah Lodge.” Curt Walters
