Eagle Dance
“I am excited every time I watch the Native American troop perform “Eagle Dancing”. This Plains Indian man who is the focus of the painting displays his significant culture. He plays an eagle with feathers. As each hand holds a stick with an eagle claw, he is immersed in a supernatural mood, and at the same time, there are layers of soil flying around him. Additionally, the whole painting is full of majestic spirit under stronger sunlight.
The eagle is highly revered and is considered a sacred animal within American Indian tradition, culture and religion. Eagles are honored with great care show the deepest respect. They represent honesty, truth, majesty, strength, courage, wisdom, power and freedom.” Jie Wie Zhou
