Highly acclaimed western artist, Carrie Ballantyne, will be featured in The Brinton Museum’s exhibition “Carrie Ballantyne Comes Home”. This retrospective exhibition will be Carrie’s first and a homecoming celebration as many of her family and friends are part of the community, many of them depicted in her paintings. Works featured in this retrospective include oil, colored pencil, charcoal, conte and graphite that were created from the 1980s to the present day. We share three pieces from the exhibition with you; “Sagebrush And Silk”, “Rifleman” and “Jessie On The Houlihan Ranch”. An artist reception is scheduled for June 3rd.
