During the Oil Painters Of America’s 27th Annual National Juried Exhibition of Traditional Oils Exhibition and Sale, awards were given out. Casey Childs’ “Take These Broken Wings” was chosen as the Gold Medal Winner which included a $25,000 winner’s check. The exhibition is at the Steamboat Art Museum in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and continues through September 3, 2018. Many outstanding paintings remain available.
