The 2019 Prix de West Exhibition & Sale held at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City in early June, featured some of the country’s top western, landscape, wildlife, figurative and still life painters and sculptors. During the opening weekend, a select group of awards were handed out to some of the participating Prix de West artists. The coveted Prix de West Award was presented to Paul Moore for his bronze sculpture “The Procession”. The People’s Choice Award was given to Curt Walters for his oil painting “A Chasm Of Sublime, Plateau Point”. Additional awards were handed out and can be viewed on the museum’s website.
